Description
The SELFREGE-NxT series identifies a selfregenerative burner free flame and high speed for direct heating.
These burners recover heat through heat regeneration, a well known technology in combustion industry : two regenerative chambers equipped with a media (alumina spheres) are integrated into the burner chassis. The two chambers store and release heat during alternating cycles of cold air intake and exhaust gas expulsion, ensuring significant fuel savings compared to traditional cold-air, recuperative, or self-recuperative systems.
The selfregenerative burner high speed free flame are so fundamentally a couple of regenerative chambers hosting an high velocity burner, which can be either a cold air one or a selfrecuperative one. When sufficiently high temperatures are reached, the burner swap to regenerative mode, increasing efficiency. The choiche between a self recuperative or a cold air depends mostly on application requirements and wished flexibility in temperature profile management.
