The PYROLINE “L”, MIDGET PYROLINE “ML”, and PYRODUCT “L‑VA” burners are linear premix gas burners designed for industrial heating processes requiring stable flames, modular configuration, and controlled temperature distribution. PYROLINE and MIDGET PYROLINE operate with gas‑air mixtures characterized by 70–80% primary air, producing highly stable, evenly distributed linear flames with heights ranging from 20 to 80 mm depending on the model. Their cast‑iron body and AISI stainless‑steel flame‑retention rails allow them to function reliably at temperatures up to 400 °C, even when installed in environments with elevated ambient heat. Modules are available in multiple capacities, from 12 kW for the smallest MIDGET units to 162 kW for full‑size PYROLINE modules, enabling scalable heating solutions.

PYRODUCT “L‑VA” burners differ in purpose and construction: they are engineered to deliver large volumes of hot air into ducts and heating channels. Their design includes three distinct combustion zones—low fire, intermediate fire, and high fire. At low fire, combustion remains confined and protected within the burner casting; at intermediate fire, auxiliary air ports start supplying additional air; at high fire, wider baffle openings and external airflow complete combustion, enabling turndown ratios up to 40:1 and capacities exceeding 230 kW per module. These features make them suitable for drying systems, air‑circulation ovens, textile processes, and other high‑flow industrial heating applications.

Correct installation is crucial for all burner families. PYROLINE and MIDGET units can be mounted in any orientation, though down‑firing requires special execution. They must be positioned to avoid turbulent airflows, ensure laminar mixing, and maintain consistent spacing around the burner body. PYRODUCT burners, when installed in ducts, require specific straight‑length distances, correct profile openings, and controlled air velocities—typically around 15 m/s—to maintain flame stability and complete combustion.

Ignition occurs via high‑voltage electrodes, paired with certified flame‑detection systems. Safe operation depends on proper air and gas pressures, gradual transitions between power levels, and periodic checks of safety devices. Annual maintenance includes inspecting gaskets, electrodes, flame modules, tightening hardware, and adjusting fuel‑air settings to preserve efficiency and operational safety.
