Description

The ENM‑NxT‑DF series represents a family of dual fuel, low‑NOx, lateral (or side-firing)  burners engineered for industrial furnaces requiring high efficiency, reduced emissions, and fuel flexibility. Designed according to ISO13577 safety standards and manufactured under ISO 9001 standards, these burners can operate with natural gas or light oil (max. viscosity 3°E), offering capacities from 700 to 4400 kW and working with preheated combustion air up to 500°C. Their optimized design significantly reduces NOx and CO emissions compared to traditional systems and ensures stable performance even in low‑temperature chambers during ignition phases.

The burners are suitable for a wide range of applications, including walking‑beam and walking‑hearth furnaces, aluminum and frit‑melting furnaces, pusher‑type furnaces, thermal treatment furnaces, forging furnaces, stretching furnaces, and brick manufacturing plants. Their construction features a carbon‑steel body, cast‑iron gas collector, refractory‑cement air diffuser (rated to 1750°C), AISI304/310S gas tubes, and ceramic‑fiber insulation, ensuring long service life under severe thermal conditions.

Ignition is handled by PBC‑FR/X pilot burners, while flame detection is achieved using UV‑2 scanners. The burners employ nozzle‑mixing technology, which prevents flashback, and a multistage combustion system with strong internal recirculation that achieves extremely low emissions even at high air preheat temperatures. For stricter requirements, a flameless combustion version is available.
