TO-Ms are non-sealing manual micrometer valves designed to quickly and accurately regulate gas and air flows in low pressure pipelines. They are available in different configurations, with threaded connections (according to ISO 7/<).


Description

The TO Series micrometric valves from ESA are precision‑engineered devices designed for accurate and responsive regulation of gas and air flow in low‑pressure industrial combustion systems. Built for maximum reliability, these non‑sealing manual valves provide fine micrometric adjustment, ensuring stable and repeatable control—an essential feature in applications where precise flow modulation directly influences process performance and safety.

Manufactured from high‑quality OT58 brass, the TO valves combine durability with optimal resistance to heat and mechanical stress. Their internal components, including the adjusting piston and end cap, are likewise crafted from OT58, while sealing elements utilize NBR O‑rings, with special sealing options available for demanding environments. The series supports non‑aggressive gases as defined by EN437, as well as hot air and flue gases in special configurations, offering flexibility across a wide range of combustion applications.

The valves operate at working pressures up to 3000 mbar (at 60 °C) and maintain performance within a broad temperature range of –20 to +60 °C, making them suitable for complex thermal processes. Available in multiple sizes—from ¼” to 1” with ISO 7/1 threaded connections—the TO Series supports diverse system layouts, with NPT threading available on request.

Their distinctive screwdriver‑type micrometric adjustment mechanism allows technicians to finely tune flow rates with exceptional accuracy.
