The ESA SERIO TPF is an intelligent, microprocessor-controlled electric servomotor designed for precise regulation of air flow valves in industrial combustion systems. Engineered for reliability and ease of use, it operates in three predefined positions—minimum, intermediate, and maximum—based on digital input commands from a control unit such as a burner controller or temperature regulator. This functionality enables optimized burner performance, including ignition at low power, pulse modulation between minimum and maximum capacity, and controlled cooling or pre-purge phases.
Housed in a robust aluminum casing, the ESA SERIO TPF is suitable for installation near burners in demanding industrial environments. It offers versatile mounting options, either directly on the valve stem or via adjustable lever systems, ensuring flexibility for different applications. The device features a local control station and LED indicators for real-time status visualization, simplifying setup and maintenance. Three operating modes—Automatic, Manual, and Setting—allow seamless integration into automated systems while providing manual override and calibration capabilities.
Key technical specifications include a torque of 5 Nm, 90° rotation in 12 seconds, IP54 protection rating, and compatibility with 24Vac, 115Vac, or 230Vac power supplies. The servomotor supports DIN ISO 5211 F07 mounting and includes auxiliary limit switches for position feedback.
