Description

The SAM & ROT‑G manometer series is designed for accurate pressure measurement and monitoring in industrial systems handling air, gas, or combustion-related fluids. SAM capsule pressure gauges provide clear, reliable readings and are intended for quick installation in various applications, including pressure checks along air or gas pipelines, blower inlet monitoring, and – on request – oxygen‑cleaned versions for specialized use. Their broad range of available pressure scales makes them suitable for both low‑pressure and medium‑pressure operations.

SAM gauges cover measurement ranges from very low pressures up to 10 bar, using membrane sensing elements for low ranges and Bourdon tubes for higher pressures. They are built with high‑quality materials: stainless‑steel case and bezel, aluminum dial with clear markings, glass window, EPDM sealing gasket, and high‑sensitivity brass movement. With an IP65 protection rating, SAM gauges are suitable for challenging environments within the specified temperature limits, ensuring durability and long‑term accuracy.

The ROT‑G button cock serves as a protective accessory for the gauge. Designed to safeguard the instrument from harmful overpressure, it allows the gauge to be activated only when needed for reading, thus reducing mechanical stress. It features brass construction, O‑ring sealing, a cylindrical valve seat, and compatibility with pressures up to 30 bar.

Installation requires careful alignment, adherence to the arrows indicating correct flow direction, and the use of proper sealing compounds. The gauge’s zero position can be manually adjusted by accessing the dial mechanism, ensuring measurement accuracy. Maintenance includes routine inspections, removal of damaged parts, and cleaning of the dial window. Since internal repairs are not possible, damaged gauges must be replaced.
