RIBBON BURNERS FOR DIRECT FIRED FURNACES
Our “ Ribbon burners” heavily contribute to the quality and Productivity performance of bakery applications, thanks to their exclusive technology based on unic differenes that provide unmatched performances compared to competitors:
– Highest power per linear meter and wider (4:1) turndown than any other existing manufacturer.
These features provide unmatched cooking flexibility, quality and productivity as well as the possibility to pocess an higher range of products with the same furnace.
– Individual small-zero governor on each burner . This feature insures easy, intrisec, stoichiometric combustion of each burner in any condition, without continuously proceeding in manual adjustments. This reduces consuptions, CO2 and CO emissions, soot inside and outside the furnace. The zone gas ducts are replaced by more practical, flexible joints from main line, and the zone BZR are no more necessary. The start up time is reduced by half.
– The highly suggested use of serial burner control ESTRO results in the freedom to manage all swithcing operation remotely as well as to create “virtual zones” remotely on the main supervisor, without phisically acting on the burners.
– The mixer integrated in the flange, allows quick installations or replacements and is definitely much safer, as it is no more necesary use dangerous premix lines.
ESA ribbon burners are sold with different kind of flanges:
ABM : with integrated mixer and individual BZR
ABM 3 zones : to adjust the flame power in 3 different zones, correcting heat losses along the oven
ABM AV : with air vlve: it is the extreme concept of individual regulation of air and gas. A smallindividual servo-assisted air valve controlled by the ESTRO BCU unit that
replaces the main zones Air valves. Total freedom and cooking control, no piping, no separate cabling for air valves.
ABM Packaged: integrating teh ABM, the blower, the flame control: is perfect for small furnaces as it will be no more requested air ducts or cabling
Possibility of customizations are several: material (FE or AISI), length up to 3 meters, special design (like zig zag or “Chevron styke”, second electrode for American markets..
Traditional AB flange: despite the undiscussed advantages of the ABM technology, for replacement /spare reasons, ESA still support his customers with the complete set for the traditional zone system: Flange AB, external mixer, zone regulator BZR, BCU without serial system, and of course butterfly valve on main air lines.
PYROLINE LINEAR PREMIXED HIGH POWER BURNERF DOR DIRECT FIRED FURNACES
In some applications (mostly cooking vegetables, frying…, Pizzas,) and for specific products, it is necessary provide more power, although always ditributed linearly or with cistomized shape. This is the field of the Pyroline linear burner sold in customizable modules.
COOKING BY HOT AIR IN INDIRECT FIRED FURNACES
Where cooking is performed by an hot air flow, the same can be generated “directly” that is by means of burners that are in “contact” with the food, or “indirectly” , where a separated combustion chamber and a system of ducts, distributes the hot air inside the furnace.
For the first type of cooking ESA supplies its “packaged” burners:
The FC Burner that, thanks to integrated blower and to continuous air feeding, can be regulated acting only on gas supply. The shape of the metallic cone and the contiuous air flow allow to obtain low temperatures required by industrial food cooking in various applications.
Where the heat requirement must be modulated nore precisely and more power is required, it is used our EPB Packaged burner
In indirect generation of hot air, most of our medium/hogh velocity burners at cold air or self recuperative can be used. In the below application has been preferred our EMB Double air burner
INDIRECT COOKING BY RADIATION
