These specialized services are invoiced separately and subsequently discounted upon order placement.

REMOTE TECHNICAL SERVICES
Remote assistance, repairs, spare parts
From initial troubleshooting via conference call, to remote assistance through SIM‑based connectivity, and up to in‑house repairs performed at ESA, our service approach is designed to minimize downtime, travel, and overall costs. Our spare parts service further enhances efficiency: supported by a comprehensive purchase history database, it enables rapid identification of required components and benefits from a substantial inventory maintained well beyond statutory requirements, ensuring fast and reliable delivery.
TECHNICAL INTERVENTIONS “ON SITE”
Maintenance and start up
We provide on‑site services for burner commissioning, including first ignition and setup (“start‑up”), as well as for routine and extraordinary maintenance and repair activities, which can also be carried out under planned service agreements. Upon request, we can additionally supervise burner installation performed by the customer or by third parties. Please note that our scope of work does not include mechanical erection, on‑site electrical cabling, or connections to the external fuel supply network.
