BZR-REG-II - Pressure regulator and BZR (EN88/1)
The BZR-REG-II pressure regulators are designed in accordance with the EN88/1 standard and allow you to adjust the fuel flow rate while maintaining the fuel/comburent ratio stable throughout the adjustment range. They are ideal for applications with burners, gas mixers and proportional mixers.
The BZR-REG-II pressure regulator is designed for industrial applications with burners and gas-air mixers. The BZR is certified with EN88-1 standards. Its main function is to maintain a stable fuel/air ratio by adjusting gas pressure according to combustion air pressure. Available in standard and high-temperature versions (up to 100°C), it also offers remote control for complex installations.
The pressure regulator uses two diaphragms to balance pressures, ensuring accuracy across the entire flow range. The internal spring only closes the valve, preventing overload. Key features include: operating pressure 80–200 mbar, 1:1 regulation ratio, accuracy ±0.25 mbar at low flow and ±0.76 mbar at full flow. The body is made of aluminum and EN549-approved diaphragms.
Installation must follow safety standards: vertical position preferred, ISO7/1 threaded pipes, upstream filtration ≤50 µm.
Field modifications are not allowed; calibration and maintenance must be performed by ESA Pyronics qualified personnel.
The regulator is CE certified and compliant with ISO3577 and is manufactured under ISO 9001 standards.
