We design, manufacture, assemble, fuel feeding lines on skid
We manage any kind of fluid: natural gas, LPG, oxygen, light and heavy fuel oil, Hydrogen, various types of lean/waste fluids (blast furnace gas, coke oven gas …) .

We also take care of automation side,  developing both the hardware  and  the software internally.
All the solutions are designed in accordance with applicable regulations (ATEX, EN746, SIL etc …) and the level of security required.

ESA designs and manufactures pressure equipment and assemblies in Risk Category I and II and subjected to a maximum permissible pressure greater than 0.5 bar, in accordance respectively with Modules A and A2 of Annex III of Directive 2014/68/EU (PED). These lines are assembled, tested and supplied with test certificates and use and maintenance manuals.

We have acquired specific experience and skills on the Oxy Fuel skids  thanks to synergies with the Group SIAD.

Manufactruing   is performed internally by ASME qualified  welders and according to ISO procedures.
We guarantee highly sophisticated technological solutions and unparalleled building quality.
Construction options are available for harsh environments (salinity, sand, explosive atmosphere..)
