FROM FUEL SOURCE TO FURNACE
Design and assembling of fuel feeding lines/gas trains on skid
We build feeding lines skid mounted for any kind of gaseous and liquid fuels: NG, LPG, light and heavy oil, Hydrogen and blends, process gases; oxydants: air and oxygen; inert gases, (nitrogen…) in compliance with applicable regulations (ATEX, EN746, PED) and according to customer targets.
Pressure equipment and assemblies in Risk Category I and II and subjected to a maximum permissible pressure greater than 0.5 bar, are assembled and tested in accordance respectively with Modules A and A2 of Annex III of Directive 2014/68/EU (PED) and supplied with test certificates and use and maintenance manuals.
HOW WE WORK:
We deliver sophisticated solutions with unmatched build quality. Welding is performed by ASME-certified personnel or robots following ISO procedures. When not manufactured by ESA, instrumentation is sourced from trusted suppliers. We use electronic equipment that tracks and certifies leak tests.
Skid for natural gas, LPG, DME
Air/gas lines for natural gas or propane, according to ISO13577 (formerly EN746) or other standards; propane air lines or mixing systems with DME.
Oxy-Fuel combustion skids
Thanks also to our affiliation with the SIAD Group, we boast specific experience with skids that use oxygen as an oxidizer for all types of liquid and gaseous fuels, including hydrogen.
Pure hydrogen & blends skids
Hydrogen skids; NG-H2 blending skids for fixed ratios, or variable with/without calorimeter. Technically, we are prepared for injecting hydrogen or synthetic methane into the grid.”
"Process" and "oil & gas" skids
Special construction options are available for process/LCV gas supply lines; aggressive gases, harsh environments (salinity, sand, explosive/ATEX atmospheres), heavy oils (traced skids, skids with pumping stations), flare ignition skids and various skids for the Oil & Gas sector
Skids for furnace atmosphere control
We provide skids for atmosphere control: Nitrogen-Hydrogen mixing stations, (“NH stations”) for bell annealing furnaces.
Skids for non - combustion purposes
Skids for packaging food or other products under special atmoshere; grid injection stations; various gas blending & control stations.
General Questions
No. Only for combustion purposes, or for furnace atmosphere control.
Normally up to 0.5 Mbar, sometimes for some special skids we can go up to 10 bar.
No, for technical and economic reasons. Whether it comes from our usual suppliers or specifically requested by the customer, we will have to check it, test it and possibly return it, but above all guarantee it. We must therefore purchase it ourselves, applying our intermediation margin.
We have managed air or lean gas lines up to DN450. With the new warehouse and crane support we can go even further.
