Special purpose or fully customized heating systems
We develop customized engineering solutions for special purposes. First of all, several of our burners are modular, with customizable shapes and profiles designed to generate heat for specific applications or to heat large-sized products. Similarly, our monoblock burners can be customized in many different ways.
In other specific cases, we are asked to build relatively independent systems, such as auxiliary combustion systems or heating assemblies for handling systems.
In other situations, we focus on studying the machinery that is then used or marketed by the customer, designing the solution that can be technically integrated into it.

“Free standing” combustion systems
Customized heating systems for various needs in metallurgical plants: molten metal transport channels, cleaning systems for ingots, pre-heating of moulds, ladles, anodes; torpedo wagons. Special assemblies for linear modular burners (pyroline, pyroduct, ribbon), or Infrared burners.
“Fully Integrated” combustion systems
Customized heating systems integrated into machines re-sold to the market, like packaged burners integrated into lead battery production lines or textile dryers; ribbon burners integrated into ovens for shrink wrapping or bundling machines or into flaming systems for the automotive or food market.
