We deliver tailored combustion solutions for aluminum industry especially for its recovery, melting, holding, and refining processes for various scrap types. Our expertise spans diverse furnace types, including reverberatory, rotary, and multi-chamber designs, further enhanced by our know-how in oxy-fuel burner technology.
Complete solutions are also available for critical downstream applications such as billet homogenizing and profile aging. Additionally, we supply burners for ancillary processes like material transport, filtering, and casting, as well as for post-combustion flue gas processing.

For standard or tilting reverberatory furnaces, ESA free flame, low Nox, regenerative burners are the most requested solution.

When it comes to highly contaminated wastes, Oxy fuels and rotary furnaces are the most common choice. For smaller operations we usually suggest one only HT High turbulence oxy fuel burner.

For bigger rotary furnaces, we propose our multitunnel/ multihead burners which boasts higher flexibility and a shorter flame concentrated into the load.
