Subject: Price update effective May 1st, 2026

We sincerely thank you for your continued cooperation and for the trust you place in ESA.

We would like to inform you that, starting May 1st, 2026, a price update will be applied.
This adjustment has become necessary due to the ongoing increase in procurement and production costs, which continue to significantly impact our industry.

The update consists of a 4% price increase applied to orders placed from that date onward: all orders confirmed on or before April 30th, 2026, will remain unchanged

We understand that any price adjustment may raise concerns, and we would like to assure you that we remain fully committed to minimizing the impact on our customers, while continuing to guarantee the high quality and reliability standards that have always distinguished ESA products.
