We are proud to announce that Alben BC (“Burner Control”) and ALBEN GTC (“Gas Train Control”) have obtained the EN 298 certification, confirming full compliance with the European standards for electronic burner management systems. 𝗢𝗥𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗪𝗘𝗟𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗘❗

Alben is ESA’s new‑generation digital burner control platform, combining the 30‑year legacy of the iconic ESA ESTRO with state‑of‑the‑art electronics, to deliver broad control functionalities, industry‑highest safety integrity, scalability, advanced connectivity, and intuitive app‑based diagnostics.
Together with ALBEN GTC, the electronic leakage controller, the platform has been conceived to address the needs of modern combustion, as only a leading burner manufacturer can understand:
🔥 The growing complexity of furnace‑control techniques in metallurgical processes
🔥 The use of high‑efficiency burners together with mild combustion techniques
🔥 The safety concerns when using hydrogen and blends, and more and more diverse fuels
Alben’s modular architecture allows, in its base configuration, to fully replace ESTRO —which has now been phased out—while its expanded versions integrate the full set of its cutting‑edge capabilities.
