On February 28, 2017, ESA, following the SIAD Group policy regarding security in its governance, approved the adoption of the organizational Model 231 of Legislative Decree 231/2001 of 8 June 2001. The model certifies a series of internal good practices and regulations to prevent a variety of possible criminal offenses, thus further demonstrating the Company’s attitude towards working methods based on transparency, correctness and complete compliance with the law.
