Glass is a “historic” sector for ESA, especially through the subsidiary Pyronics. Personalization in this sector is the benchmark, given the extreme variety of products and processes and above all, of requirments.
ESA boasts important installations with the market leader primarily in the sector of windshields for automotive industry, for which a highly specific range of radiant and linear burners has been developed.

Fundamental experiences were also made in the related glass wool sector, with the development of complex engineered solutions (skid and logic) oxy fuel and various types of burners for fiberizers for some of the major companies in the world.

For large melting furnaces (equipped with regeneration chambers) it is possible to use both the ENM NXt range of long flame burners and the increasingly common Oxy fuel burners. .

In the latter field, several jobs were shared with Mothercompany SIAD, sometimes providing complete systems, others only engineering or, as in this example, particular burners for cleaning glass.
