21 DecINTRA UE MERGE ANNOUNCEMENT

Intra UE Merge ESA S.p.A – PYRONICS S.A. / N.V.

Effective 1st January 2018,  Pyronics S.A./N.V. will merge into its mothercompany ESA S.p.A,
becoming therefore a permanent foreign establishment of ESA S.p.A in Belgium.

The merger follows the incontrovertible circumstance that EU is today a sole market under a juridical, telecommunications, commercial, banking and financial frame, so that it is not required anymore separated governance, which is expensive and just increase bureaucracy.

Pyronics will also take profit of a newly established informatic structure integrated into ESA/SIAD Group – cloud network, providing faster communication and easier administration. Pyronics s.a./n.v. customers will receive a specific communication with details.

The above change is expected only to provide ESA-Pyronics Group of a more effective way to compete into the market!
