ESA Pyronics is launching AGO!
A new series of highly efficient yet eco-friendly burners!

In order to promote a more rational use of energy, in accordance with the Kyoto Protocol Directives, and as a means of tackling the increasingly important initiatives aimed at optimising operating costs, ESA Pyronics and SIAD have analysed the options available for the improvement of ladle heating systems. A preliminary evaluation of the different “heating station” types has been carried out, in order to identify the most significant parameters within each type of process which are subject to potential implementation.

ESA Pyronics considerable experience in designing Air-fuel and Oxy-fuel burners has paved the way for the development of a new generation of burners: the AGO series.

Burners in the AGO series offer considerable advantages in terms of heating process flexibility and consequently in terms of  EAF (Electric Arc Funace) blast cycle management, as demonstrated by the significant results achieved at several Oxy-fuel burner installation sites.
